Giorgi Meskhoradze graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Economics and Business and he earned Master’s degree in Economics.
He has been working in the field of public finance management since 2013. He has experience of working in both the executive and legislative authorities, including on managerial positions. In particular, since December 2013, he had worked as an advisor of The Budget Planning and Management Division of the Economic Department of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia, and since December 2015 - as the head of the mentioned division. Since January 2020, he has been working as a head of the Budget Analysis Division of the Budget Office of the Parliament of Georgia.
From 2021, Giorgi Meskhoradze is also a trainer of the LEPL - The Academy of the Ministry of Finance.
Giorgi Meskhoradze has participated in various training related to public finances and budgeting.
In addition to him native Georgian, Giorgi speaks English and Russian languages.
